Our client based in Cambridgeshire seeks an experienced Technical Assistant for their site in Godmanchester to provide Technical Support within and across all technical areas as instructed by the Group?s Team Leader.
Main activities:
? Polymer preparation
? Substrates patterning and inspection
? Cathode deposition and encapsulation
? Batch processing of high quality spin-coated LEP device layers
? Device assembly and testing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
Preferably educated to A level standard, or with equivalent experience in an Engineering or Scientific
discipline, you will have a minimum of 6 months experience working within a clean room environment.
You?ll need a proactive approach to solving technical problems, as well as strong organisation skills and
a good eye for detail. Flexible, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, you should enjoy the
challenges of working in a busy and changing environment. Computer literacy is essential including a
familiarity Word and Excel.
This role requires working a rotating shift pattern of 6.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and
2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 12.00 to 8.00 p.m. on a Friday.
